Yesterday, I got my gym membership back and TODAY I feel the burn just like this picture.

Josh and I have decided that we are going to try to do the
UTAH HUMAN RACE 5K Fun Run/Walk for the UTAH FOOD BANK.

I found this music video today and all I have to say...

WOW...

After trying to have a child for 9 years of marriage and being blessed with the opportunity to adopted, I AM a mother of a beautiful baby girl, that I received from the blessing of Adoption, I am indeed grateful and appreciative for the Birth Mother of my child, words can not express the love and care I have for her. Adoption is a wonderful blessing and is part of our Heavenly Father's plan I know that everyone has their own stories and I would like to let everyone know that I am here for you if you ever need to talk about it. I might not know exactly what you are going through but I have good listening ears.

I am have been making an valid effort this week to not.... I mean NOT over eat. I am still making some meals that are not the healthiest but I am watching my PORTIONS. This is huge in the world of Ashley.

Working on the Diet Coke thing again.... trying to just not drink as much. It is one SANITY item in my life that I love. Trying to drink more WATER, WATER, & More WATER

2 Weeks from Today is my 30th Birthday, I have been reflecting alot on my life.

I am Ashley...
because I married my Best Friend and the the love of my life Josh,
and that loves me and helps me everyday.
because of wonderful parents that raised me the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
because of the choices that I have made through out my life, good or bad
because I have the Best Best Friends in the world that love me for my corky and weird habits
for Siblings that drive me crazy sometimes but I love them so much
for a Niece that reminds me of the little things in life that are important, like LOVE
for a wonderful birth mother that has given me the greatest gift in the world (that I personally could not do for my family), my beautiful baby girl Shana Rae.
and for a Heavenly Father that loves me at all time not MATTER WHAT!

Thank you to everyone that has helped me through out my life and have impacted me in so many ways. I am truely greatful and amazed.

Time Out for Women

I had the best weekend this weekend with My Mom and Aunt Lona and I will share my expierence with you more when I have more time to write, but I would love to invite all of you to a great expierce that all women should go to at least once.

Hello Everyone -

I just wanted to invite everyone to the Time Out For Women Seminar that will be held in Salt Lake City, UT on Friday November 13 & Saturday the 14.

I went this last weekend with my MOM, and Aunt Lona, we had so much fun and we were totally uplifted by the Spirit. No kids are allowed and no husbands either. I loved it so much that I want to go to the Time Out For Women at the Salt Palace this November.

I can get tickets for $48.00 (on sale for $47 but there is an extra fee of $1.00) for the the Time Out For Women Friday and Saturday. which is normally $65 for the whole weekend.

I have found rooms at the the Court Yard Marriott $ 71.20 plus taxes so lets say $80. Each room will hold 4 people, so you will need to share a bed with someone. This is only on sale for this rate till September 24, 2009 which means I need to figure out who is going ASAP.

I need to know by SEPTEMBER 24, 2009 which is this THURSDAY, who is going.

Food, Food, Food....

I need to concentrate on my food intake this week. I really like to eat and just need to start making healthier choices. Hopefully, I will be able to do that this week and work out at least three times. If I can do that I will be so happy.

I really love veggies so it shouldn't be that hard but I have been eating crappy for a while now.

Scrapbook Part 2

I had so much fun scrapbooking last night, even though it was only for 2 hours. I am working on a BRAG book for Josh for his tool box at work. Can't wait to scrapbook more and get this finished for him.

Here are the pages I got done last night. They are double sided but I just showed the cutier sides for all you to see...

I love to scrapbook and can't wait to continue.

Scrapbooking tonight with BFF Katie

I am totally excited I am going to start scrapbooking on Thursday nights with my BFF Katie. Her hubby will be at school and mine will be watching Shana. I am totally excited and it will be super fun. I will post my pages later. LOVE YA KATIE

Ok, so last night we had the big talk...

BUDGET

So we figured out that for the month of September we are totally screwed on Money. Josh is going to be riding to work with his boss and I am going to need to ride to work with my BFF Mandy.

I am selling ALL of my Scentsy that I have in stock. If you would like to come over and see what I have I will give it to everyone with a 10% discount on what I have in stock.

PLUS, there is a new catalog that just came out and the FLAVORS are amazing. Let me know if you want to come smell them.

Today... Sept 1 - Journey Down a new ROAD

Today, I have had it!!! With being over weight, not having a a clean house, and not having any money.

Things are going to change...

First - I joined WEIGHT WATCHERS online for the weightloss.

Second - I am going to make a cooking, cleaning, and work out chart.

Third - WE ARE GOING on a BUDGET... $$$

Wish us luck, it is going to be a journey on a new ROAD... I am actually really excited about!
